They’ve made “healthcare” a dirty word. Filthy. Terms like “deductible” “co-pay” “in-network” just make you feel gross. To say nothing about what it’s doing to our wallets. It’s a huge problem.

Centivo thinks we don’t have to go too far to find the solution. It’s right there in the word. “Care.” If the healthcare industry acted like it cared, and based everything it did around delivering phenomenal primary care, then we’d already be halfway to good.

That was our message to people looking for healthcare during open enrollment: “we take care.” Yes, Centivo takes care not to treat you like a pocketbook with a cough. But they also take care of the things that make the experience a drag, like co-pays, deductibles, and limits on doctor visits.

Our campaign brings the right amount of fun to a typically fraught category, while making sure not to trample on the clarity of the message. Eye-catching illustration, surprising pops of color, can’t-miss-the-point messaging.

We break it down to break through, and maybe, just maybe, make healthcare a thing you might once again discuss in mixed company.
